Measurement services

We at Tapio offer measurement services for all paper and board grades. Our laboratory analyzers operate at a slow web speed enabling us to measure millimeter-level sample spacing and high accuracy. The results can be used for quality assessment, headbox operation analysis, troubleshooting, guarantee verification as well as the verification of online QCS systems.

How does it work?

For the laboratory analysis, either CD strips or an MD roll is needed. The customer is provided with a detailed report on the findings, including profiles, statistics, spectra etc. as well as an online meeting with Tapio experts to discuss the findings.
